The last event of the project “TOP MUSIC” was held at the prestigious Khan Saray venue in Tashkent, a symbol of cultural heritage and modernity where I joined the team as a main coordinator. My job was to arrange meetings with participants as well as visitors to ensure that everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities. I was also are responsible for maintaining detailed records of all activities, communications, and decisions related to the project. I worked closely with my team members providing direction and guidelines to ensure that all members are collaborating to make sure that everything was going in the flow. During the event, I managed on-site activities to ensure everything runs smoothly.
